The goal of this project was to create a user-friendly dashboard for individuals registered with Omniva. It needed to provide clear insights into incoming and outgoing packages, allow easy access to account settings, and guide users toward the main business goal: sending packages. Key features included the display of package statistics, marketing banners, and frequently asked questions. The dashboard was designed to be functional and in line with Omniva's brand guidelines, with specific attention to usability and user flow.

Strategic Goals

The goal was to create a user-friendly dashboard that makes important information easy to find while supporting key business actions like parcel sending. Close collaboration with teams like Picapac, Marketing, and Help Center helped ensure the most relevant data was included. Account management was also improved, giving users better control over personal settings, privacy, and delivery preferences. The entire design followed Omniva’s brand guidelines for a seamless and consistent experience.

Project Outcome

The project improved navigation and data visibility, making key actions like parcel sending and promotions easier to access. The account settings were simplified for better personalization and privacy control. The UI was aligned with Omniva’s design system, ensuring a consistent and scalable experience.
